The Spread is surprisingly sharp yet delicate enough for cutting and spreading soft cheeses, butter and other spreads.


The wide, eased edge handle design is more then comfortable. It offers support and balances the knife upright.


Finished with multiple coats of a special blend of high quality penetrating food-grade mineral oil along with water-resistant beeswax.
